Help with chem injection please...

For whatever reason I have not used the chemical injection on my used Judson TM until now.

I filled a container with rinse and inserted the feed line.

When I turned on the machine the site tube began to bubble and then completly fill after a few minutes. After it seemed to prime the level ball fell to the bottom of the site tube and just stayed there.

No matter how much I tried to adjust it up or down it would not move.

I checked the level in the rinse container and it did not draw any.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

what happens when you put an open line on and turn on the pump?
what i mean is...plug in the solution line, plug in a mating QD on the end
(so it will have full open, unrestricted flow)
Turn on the pump

does the it meter then or ball go up?
