The sapphire 570ss has 550 hrs on it and it's already loaded with scale

I run ro/di water

Makes no sense to me

The other trucks went 4000 hrs before needing a descale

Would huge heat cause this?

Other trucks ran at 220-240
This truck runs 260-280

Any ideas?

How would that solve a water scale problem lol

Jim Martin is thinking bad water softener so it's getting checked today

Makes sense as that's really the only thing it could be

Agreed. You may simply be reaching your chemicals cloud point.

everything on the machine is a closed loop system....when you start vaporizing your chemicals.........that's outside your machine....your only running a rinse and most the time it is not ran threw the entire system...

I have worked on closed loop system boilers that get hotter then any of our machines...and the only thing that has any effect on them is the water...softener is the best place to start.............

Don't you have test paper? You can spend money on an expensive tester or buy the paper

A TDS meter is like 30 bucks. Get one and test your water once a week or so. You'll catch a runaway filter before it can do much damage...
