I agree with both Ofer and also if there is a built in incentive of going back for free if customer is not satisfied it helps reduce the likelihood of going too fast, while encouraging productivity.

I do not believe DA Burns pays hourly (I think a hybrid method) but maybe Bryan can chime in.

let the kid learn how to clean and quite being such a control freAk.
