- I just had a property management company tell me that as of January 1st all companies must have IICRC certs. October 7th and 8th I'll be sitting on my ass learning to be a carpet cleaner for the 6th time. Wonder if I forgot anything......

No chance you will get certs by January. We took ours in march and haven't heard a thing yet. Good luck
