Here we are very careful with our fish. We bring it onto the boat gently, calm it down by talking to it in a soft voice, give it a kiss, then we wack it over the head and throw it in the cooler.

My house
Sam's has fresh whole Cod and frozen Cod loins
The frozen is a regular staple in my freezer.
i only buy the fresh if I plan to cook it within a day or two
or here
The last remaining is about 16 miles away
(but truth is, I don't know if they still use Cod like in the '70s)

We are lucky enough to live in a coastal community with tons of sea food joints everywhere. Fish come right off the boats, into the restaurants and onto our plates. Absolutely no reason not to have fresh fish here.

ask for another order of "all you can eat" crab legs, fish or prime rib and it was like they went to get extra catsup...in that it was THAT fast.
No waiting twenty-30 minutes til not hungry anymore like most all non buffet "all you can eat" joints
