Dear Lisa made the mistake of thinking that the Westpac low-profile 12-in took the same glide as the sapphire ti 12-inch.

we sold tons of them until one 2%r noticed and got back to us telling us the fit wasn't right.

Turns out our fabricator never actually saw the wand to fit it perfectly so I sent him the sapphire 12 and it was completely wrong yet we sold countless of them to carpet cleaners that just pounded them on and never noticed the difference.

Want my address, so you can send me one?

My dry times are really good with the oversized glide.

I’d love a glide that actually fits.

So your company messed up big time and you're blaming your customers?

How gracious of you.

Blaming?

hardly,

"noticing" that no one notice a mistake made by Lisa, PRIOR TO JOHN AND I TAKING OVER.

We have since made right by those knuckle heads...

I do, however, like how the stock glide doesn’t move.

Does your glide work like that?

nope, that no slide feature is actually a flaw.

We design our glides to have a sight air leak on the ends to prevent lockdown

A set screw is the better choice to stop side to side play

I love arguing with Mikey, but you need to see the feedback on ol’ Joe.

And there is negative feedback on Tony’s product also. He used his customers to test his products while he was developing it. I hate that about our industry. I remember reading all the negatives.
