Arts and crafts store with 27k sqft of vct. Autoscrub and burnish once per month. store provides chemicals and pads. I provide labor and equipment. Carpet cleaning quarterly and strip and wax once per year are paid seperate. I figure the monthly trip for maintenance around 6 - 8 hours. how much would you bid for once a month maintenance only?

Invest in a propane burnisher.

.18 ft sq for "scrub & buff" at that footage.

I would buy my own chemicals and pads, yes get a propane buffer if you get it, I wouls look into a good used auto scrubber also
