i am going to order some masterblends redline to test it out..
when you boost it with the peroxide how much of a kick do ya give it?
do you just dump the peroxide in then add hot water or what??
do you give it more dwell time with the peroxide or do you just have at it??
anything i need to watch out for other than the normal crap?
odor??

i stupidly boosted some powerburst with peroxide and just about made a bomb out
of my pump sprayer..it was funny watching my helper start to freak out as the
sprayer very quickly over flowed..he was trying to put the lid on it to stop it
as i was explaining to him that it will explode if you contain something that is
expanding like that..hook up the hose and start spraying it down the driveway..not fun

thanks
dave

If you use liquid or powdered peroxide in your HF DO NOT MIX WITH REAL HOT WATER!

I add a cup or two of 40Vol depending on how urine filled or dull that carpet is in my unmetered HF.

ok so the hot water is what made things boil over?? i mix my pre spray as hot as i can so that makes sense..
what about dwell time? more to give the peroxide time to work or not needed just go with normal dwell??

Dave,

Hot water activates the oxidizing action in the peroxide. If you're using a powder you still want to use luke warm water to get it to dissolve properly. The point is you want the heat from the TM to activate the oxidizer ON THE CARPET, rather than in the jug.

I have a bunch of reline samples. You pay the shipping and you can have them. it doesn't come close to Extreme Clean or Powerstrike. I have given away 100's of lbs of the stuff and not a single person has wanted to change from Extreme Clean or Power Strike. I still can't figure out why Mikey Loves it so much other then he must be getting pails of it free every month.

I liked how redline mixed up easy but extreme clean mixes easy now. I just tried that orange 123 booster in the extreme clean on a nasty with paint all over and it got a lot of the paint out.

i have heard so many mixed reviews about the orange123 i wont buy it..i would try some out to
see how it does for me but i have invested enough money into paper weights that dont work
after the maker swears by it..i am in a "i will buy it after i see that it works" state..
i am happy with what i use but am open to try new stuff, but wont spend lots of money to try
out new things unless they get a great review..
