[quote="Ken Snow":3caqqfd5]Isn't it just a name? What specifically has he not taken possession of that he could?

Inventory, potential and existing client lists, ownership of a red swirly swastickery type logo that is so awesome that it can be applied to any truckmount in the world, no matter the power or construction quality and it will be automatically worth 40% more, a patent, a half assed CAD drawing of a slide in unit, and four 50 gallon drums of magical Xentherm oil.

oh, and one unread copy of Dale Carnegie's "How to shut yo' trap and stay employed" in paperback.[/quote:3caqqfd5]

the value of that stuff might not be worth him going to take possession of. so that leaves a name and a broke dick patent that aerotech didn't need and actually came up with a better idea. I don't see that there is anything TO take possession of. POST THE EMAILS  shiteatinggrin

Well, practically his whole court case was about how valuable the reputation of The Vortex is and how Mikey's Board ruined it.

So worse case scenario, MB members wont be buying any Vs but that leaves 99.2% of the rest of the cleaning world to market it too.

Just wondering why he does not take his baby to another builder and start again.

Randy- I have found that good/great financing terms are back again, but the banks are requiring more info, have tougher standards and are asking for personal guarantees. Money is still incredibly cheap to borrow.
