How does that work? is it typed or do I need a microphone? Where do i go?

If you have a USB headset with a microphone headset then plug it in and fart around with the audio settings in your Microsoft Control Panel.

If you don't have a headseat you can participate by typing in the text area and everyone sees the text and who its from.
