HEY! Why not hire a sales rep?

Do any of you guys have one(sales rep) for restoration work?
If not,why not?

I think that having someone calling on prospects (agents&adjustors) all the time would be beneficial/cost effective.

My SF buddy ask me again today if I'm getting back in...
Tempting,very tempting.

But,if I do it's all or nothing. Half ass in the restoration business really doesn't get it.

We just hired a salesman for commercial cleaning. I am anxious to see how it is going to work.
