Some of you guys would be suprised what I can do with my bane. 2 inch vac hose 1 3\4 aluminum wand a number 3 blower and 1.5 HP electric motor and 100 foot hose run. 6 flow at maybe 120 psi.

Like chavez said its the operator more often than the equipment because I know some guys around here running big machines that i get told I do a much better job than them.

I havent always done a good job neither. But I was determined to make it work.

This has been my experience with vaccuum heat and water flow....
With hx continuos water flow is limited to 6-8 flow...about 1/2 gallon per min
10-12 flow (1 GPm)needs fuel heater ...4.5 blower with 30-35 hp engine
12-14+(1 1/2 GPm) needs fuel heat...4.7 blower with 35_40 hp engine

Twice the water flow with the right equipment will be twice the cleaning.....

Either way....more vacuum more heat ..... Zipper wand.....
Gives better dry time better cleaning and above all less labor!!!

Labor may not be that important if you have employees but as a owner operator in my 50's less labor is everything.....

I can clean all day long with a Zipper or Roto Vac while delivering superior service and I'm in my 50's also.
Here he is and as usual, hard at work:

I see your point.

If Pork C. is spanked (lovingly of course) and sent to the Dog house, isn't that a double insult?

That fooker has been trouble from the first post I read of his.

He & Jimmy would attack people on the Cleanfax board, then ICS when it came on line, then Gurkink's blue board, now here.

That dude has been bad news for decades....I liked him immediately.

Here is my plan Pigshit. Me & Ofer come down to live with ya....for as long as it lasts.

I figure if we can find a black guy to join us we are sure as hell to get you banned from the Gulf Shores condo.

Yep, a Jew, a Mexican & a black. You're as good as gone. :very_drunk:

It won't be Ofer that gets me banned. This is the gulf coast. Most of my neighbors are blue haired Jews who probably know Ofer by sight.

Now you and the black guy might get the job done.

A lot of great comments above regarding (H20) Flow and the "proper balance" of the system. Mikey and others are correct. And, here is a video I just saw demonstrating that very subject:

(On-Location in the UK)

If there is proper "balance" than there will be the most efficient cleaning, AND, drying times.

Pardon me Gentlemen if I didn't understand what you were referring to on the original thread and a couple f=comments following that one. I understood it as: "FLOW" meaning the amount of water going into the carpets; and coupled with the "FLOW"--cfm/airflow-- (extraction performance) of the vacuum as being in well-balance.

Mikey, idn't want to upset the apple cart so please feel free to delete my post above.

Best to all;
Ed Valentine
