I haven't done a ton of cleaning in my life but have run into that many times. I had a customer once get mad at me because I wouldn't do her staircase on the side.

Once per month you have an employee breakfast. You look those clock riders straight in their eyes and guilt trip them into to confessing. Then you shame them for only doing it for $25.
