Slotted glides clean better, more agitation & water removal and also picks up debris, IMHO.
Holed glide is easier to move.

If you need agitation, a crb or 175 is needed. A glide isn't enough. Sorry for arguing. I'm busy having fun with Marty

Your prespray cleans.
Your wand rinses.

Unless you're stuck in the 70's

The open slot on a Mach 15 is awesome. We still vacuum and crb first.

The crb will leave crap the open picks up.

The Mach 15!is better and picking that stuff then a Devastator with either glide.

I usually will use the end of the hose to suck those up, so it makes no difference what glide I use.

The holed glide was nice to use.

The quad was one of the worst wands out there. At 11 inches wide it was stupid to use let alone not being able to push it.

It's a great wand if you're not vacuuming great for berber carpet to.

I think I need to get this guy to do a promo video for the DEVASTATOR WAND XR (extra recovery) Just listen to the video but put Devastator wand in where he says the driver name!!

So I'm considering a devastator wand but I'm hearing that the vacuum pull is so strong that it wouldn't be a good fit for an Aerotech. I'm feeling the aging pains too, last thing I need is an $1800 wand stuck to the floor.

The first guy with a self propelled wand will be highly respected on this board, and Mytee and Rotovac will be rich when they sell the knock offs.

It's not as bad as a prochem quad without a glide. You won't be sorry you got it. Since it has a slotted glide, that's gonna restrict a little air from a wand without a glide, so you're good
