In and out is easy, the plastic pools are springloaded so just grab a pool and your out. Takes seconds. As for the industry usefulness, very simple, we hold our customers hostage until we get paid, then we offer to take the seal it door down and leave. Zero collections this point forward!!! Yes....

On a serious note, winters in PA get quite cold, sometimes -20. Nothing worse looking than packing the door with blankets to keep the door perched open for a vac hose and line while the customers freeze inside while your cleaning. Also could be useful to keep leaves out, the custy's pets from escaping, or even keeps insects such as flies out.
