Blown out grout, crappy colorseal job.. 20180726_094444.jpg 20180726_120612.jpg 20180726_094441.jpg 20180726_101555.jpg 20180726_101551.jpg 20180726_101539.jpg 20180726_101535.jpg 20180726_101513.jpg 20180726_101510.jpg 20180726_101504.jpg

Neutral No Rinse cleaner mopped down.

Crb, which did wonders..

Glided wand rinse at 400 psi and cold water.

Tomorrow I'll fill the voids with SGA color matched to the collorseal.

Depends on how far it is. Why do you you call the realtor again and ask him what's up?

Did you mean pompatus?
no, haven't you ever watched a goober use a word that he has no idea the meaning of?
At first I was trying to figure out the issues and decide which was of the greater importance, and then tried to figure out what word you were going for or if spell check would really drag prepondurates up from a legal dictionary.

Thanks for the pics by the way. Good example of a job that can't be done without some repair and customer relations skill.

SGA is honestly good stuff but kind of a pain to use. I prefer other ways of grout repair and caulking. I did 3 bathrooms with SGA and it literally took forever.

Mike,
For the ones (like me) who don't know.
  1. Is this SGA?-

  2. How do you color-match it?
  3. Do you remove the existing cracked grout, before applying?

Thanks,
  1. So do they come in different colors and that is how you match, or do you mix coloring?
  2. Do you apply on top of existing grout, or remove and grout?
