Hose question?

I'm think about buying some solution new hose.

Is there any advantage of going from 1/4" to 3/8", flow,restriction, heat ect..?

You might able to preserve some more heat and pressure but you will be limited by the hose size coming off the machine.. ie if its 1/4 inch, then you won't gain a whole lot and the hose size on your wand/tool.. if its 1/4 inch your restricted there as well. So it won't necessarily get you more flow but less friction in the line.
