Nasty rental today.

The HOSS did great. First pass you can see a little streaking but second pass cleaned it up. Dry to the touch

Actually Mike we have a kit that raises the handle height for the vertically "blessed"

1. Does it strip out fur and chunks like the 360 or is it more like the rx-20?

2. Does it work well on plush? Swirl marks?

Yes good on plush. Swirl marks have to be groomed out like any rotary

Meaning the 360 gets in there and digs some shit outa the carpet.....

I have done jobs after it has been vacuumed, and it still dug fur balls out....them little knobs work pretty good for that
