I tried HCP a few months ago. Two weeks later a cancelled. I realized that It was going to be a big mistake if I continued. Luckily I uploaded just one client that became their client without my knowledge. Actually, when I tried to invoice them they had already paid me and I did not even know why or how. Hopefully it is good for you guys but it was not for me.

I will probably sign up with service monster or customer factor. have not decided yet.

Damon Rydel told me a bit Costumer Factor two days ago...never heard of it

It is a good program I like it. Service monster is a little more robust I think but CF gives you all one needs and at $35 can't be beat.
