This is a local guy who does brick pavers cleaning and sealing. He was part of my BNI group for a while and has really fine-tuned his Facebook marketing and is a really good business person all around.

He doesn't mind sharing what he has learned to help other people if he can.

He spent $4,500.00 producing this video. His average ticket is $1,200.00

He explained that when he gets a call for an estimate, he points them to this video and when he gets to the there they are already sold on what level of service they want and just book.

That's a very good one well worth his expense. He speaks very well and sounds knowledgeable.

However that beard...he should shave it. It doesn't look good on him and may turn others off. It doesn't match the image he is selling.

I like his marketing with the shirts, the video the trailer needs up dating to match the shirts and video.

kinda surprised hes using silica sand and not polymeric.

I used to be in the landscape construction industry. Maybe its because of the type of sealer he uses?
