Just a guess because I don't know the footage. $.36/ft less 10% empty discount plus $35 for the stairs. Maybe $300?

I would actually feel bad about it because so much of it is pristine. Might bump the empty discount to 15 or even 20% depending on how the measurements shook out and how long it took.

They would be rooms for midgets...
There’s no way in hell the upper is only 400 sqft...
And I’d be willing to bet that the lower is more than 500....

I did a job not long ago, the guy said it was 12-1300 sqft of carpet.
When I used the laser, it came out to almost 2300.....
