Yeah its not for me to judge what some guy wants to do with his life that lives 2000 miles away.

I'm just telling russ if the goal is 2 commercial jobs a month then fine keep doing it this way.
But if the goal is 1 per day then you have to start using math.

I think you're right Shane. I just don't have the personnel in place yet to do this kind of thing. I'd be the one doing the job and just can't keep this up. I need some down time.

If we will grow though, I'll have to find someone who's competent enough to do this kind of thing. I am committed to doing that just need a little help letting go.

Not sure there's a big profit in this one, but if I'm able to get a lot of these, there could be.

One step at a time. Find a responsible guy that doesn't mind a few hours a month. They are out there, lots of those have 9-5 type jobs where there is no opportunity for extra hours. They are the kind that look for part-time work to supplement their income.

You'll be able to double or triple what he makes at other part-time work. Then train him well and build your schedule where he gets a job or two a week depending on what he can handle. On the bigger jobs you can still help him but for the most part you're off the nights he works.

Not saying you are wrong either, only offering a different perspective.

For a 1x job and i cant sell them into a program, we might even be higher then you actually.
Overall i am willing to roll the dice on office jobs, we always end up ahead on those.
