How do they clean?

I got a call today from a referral that was telling me that she used Chem-Dry to clean her carpets and that they did OK not great.
She proceeded to tell me that they could not get several stains out and she had them back with no luck.
Her Psychical Therapist recommended me since i just did his home, I will look at it on Friday.

I was wondering what is there method of cleaning these days.

Depends on the company. Some still bonnet while others are using a truckmount on 100 psi and a rotary

Very few chemicals on the trucks as well.

Just go get her carpet clean and keep your mouth shut about them. Nothing you can say about them is going to help YOU.

Weren't they using a diesel for high heat and modified RX-20? That's more than most fooo's can do with a wand.

I saw one of their truck-mounts. It was basically entry level. Pretty sure the price he said was 25k. They now also have a cds. They have secret technology on their extractor making their rx20 work better. A holed glide I'm sure. They should be doing a nice job. Marty's right, never speak about any other company.

Make nice with ChemDry in yer area and ask them. I've known one for 20+ years and they certainly don't take a knife to a gun fight. Mostly they're no different then you or me. You say they responded to the call back, hey that's a cut above how many of us non ChemDry folks?, a shit load.
