How do u pay your employees?

I'm new and would like to know what is somewhat standard for compensation. Does lead tech get paid commission or hourly. How about beginning techs?

we pay Specialists and Assistants by commission that varies slightly with what they are doing and time of day/day of week. Anyone interested please send me an email (not a pm cause I don;t know how to attach things to a pm response).
