it was the "when do i get paid" that queered the deal......

I was thinking that if I put all the jobs on one invoice that I'd do 2 jobs, then never hear from them. I've dealt with shady companies before. I don't know if Belfor ever paid anyone from the $100 million they made restoring the Roseville Galleria, and I've know guys that got screwed by apartment contracts after years of service. Target took 9 months to pay a cleaner I use to work for. I swear you need a lawyer when dealing with some companies, but if their pockets are bigger you lose

Not familiar with Medfast or Pizza Whatever , but Rent a center is a joke .

All about minimum bid

I do not miss the days of having to bend over backwards to chase one and done opportunities

Our days are filled with " how soon can we schedule an appointment and regular commercial work "

Don't sweat it Moser, let your competition get their ass kicked and burnt out with low end and no loyalty work
