I'm from Delaware, it's humid but it's all I've ever known. So I just guess I'm conditioned to it. Our bodies will adjust to where we live it however does take some time and can be uncomfortable. I was in Texas for a short while during the summer and thought it was hot 95-102 every day. People from the east coast say "yeah but it's a dry heat" does that matter? I'm not sure. You just suck it up and do what needs to be done.

Closer to the beaches i dont mind humidity. Texas heat i didnt mind. PA humidity sucks!!!!

Be sure to tell your customers to turn the ac on the day before you clean. Ive walked into jobs where not just the carpets are wet but the walls were sweating too.

Ill be at the jersey shore by the weekend for a few days, im sure it will be humid on the boardwalk, i just tolerate it better.

I sweat like a pig (no offense Porkchop) but if I'm working I don't care. Now if I'm going out then it sucks trying to stay dry.

I rode my bike, I cut the grass, I walked the dog last night in the heat and humidity. 3-shirts. lol

I could back off some but my sugar usually checks low. Ive had to many sugar crashes that really mess me up when i work hard like I do. At least I stopped drinking beer too.

When I cleaned carpets her in SW Florida during the Summer I didn't have any problems because you step out of your air conditioned van into the customers air conditioned house. Air Conditioners are great for speeding up the drying as well. Except... occasionally I would go out to a place with the electricity off and that was bad. I carried a change of clothes and after I cleaned something like that I would use their shower and put on fresh clothes. Was empty so no issues :-)

I can drink a gallon of water and not pee too when its hot and im working hard. Ive done it plenty of times.

I have a very high metabolism. I can lose ten pounds a day just by not eating.

I sweat all winter too. Not as bad since I had my heart worked on but genny says im a furnace.

I v,e lived in way south Florida for 36 yrs and love it when I die I,m going to H--- and all my friends will be there so this is just a warm up. I don't run the air in my truck only when it rains. I like cooling down a little at a time. Florida is really what a old guy like needs T shirts and shorts all year long. I wear long pants for church and to play the drums at the jazz club on sunday nites.. jz.
