How do you guys tackle a re-occuring water stain?

Rain water seeped into this lanai and cause a water stain on olefin glue down. We cleaned it twice, but later it came right back. What effectively solves this problem. I definitely don't want to pull the hoses out again if I can help it. I don't have an encap machine!

Spray an acid on it. If it goes away in front of your eyes its a PH issue. If not, it probably is wicking.

Or you can get a clean white towel a little wet and rub it on the area. If the towel gets dirty than you know its something wicking.

If its wicking, acid rinse it with very little water ( low PSI ) tons of vac passes and put an airmover on it.

You can encap small areas without an encap machine. Encapping with a bonnet would be nice, but you can spray Encapuguard (Neutralizer and anti-wicking agent) and brush in with Grandi-Brush or similar.

Stain gone!

40 volume and your done. I had one last week, a heavy mist of 40 and a airmover and 15 minutes.

An acid like BP Fab Set or HM Clear Water rinse will not leave a residue.
