Yes yes we have seen that recent video. Understand a guy like me who is trapped in time . The current time. Maybe even before that video.

I'm just chapped because I sold my 360i for 1000. If I had know that it was the best I probably would not have sold it. Add a brush head and in golden.

Why buy the crb? Or the zipper. Or the devostator ( best invention since the crb) for that matter.

But if you think that way your missing the point.
Your point. Right tool right time. And that is where the term hack comes into play.

A hack thinks one size fits all. By direction or by choice (your only as great as your worst technician).

Having the right tools on the truck distinguishes the men from the boys. The worst thing we can do on site is not be the professional.
For me that's why a call back hurts....and must be learned from.

I'm a hack I consider the Roto mvac 360i the best choice for every carpet I do.

A very select few I use Bonzer.

I think towels and Corner guards really make a great impression on the customer because they know that you are protecting their baseboards along with their paint
