We really don't like to Fire Clients but we will & have if it becomes necessary to protect our Company.
The way we fire clients usually involves us letting them know why along with letting them know we don't think we are the right company for them at this time.
What has amazed us is out of the very small number of clients we decided to fire, by talking to them we have actually rehired some of them & they became very good clients. Sometimes it is just misunderstandings & if we just ignored them what would that accomplish really?
We have walked away from more potential new clients than we have fired existing ones though especially in the last few years.
