Lance has been with me for about 6 years, he knows how much the bills are see how much fuel we use, he knows chem costs, he answers the phone if I'm wanding, he enters jobs in the computer, he can do it all, but he has no desire to run his own business.

The key is proving they are keeping a client list! and promoting thier business on Your time to Your customer base! If You can do that I think You could fire them and sue possibly for losses.

Ps if they are doing that then they are already getting checks made out to Mike Paillotet Doah!

If they do that Sam, you don't have to sue you can prosecute and the court will require restitution. Been there done that twice over the last 30+ years. We also made sure it is well known when it happened (picture the police showing up and taking someone away in handcuffs) so that the fear of criminal prosecution makes anyone else considering making a fast buck think twice.
