How far are you guys booked out?

2 vans 2 guys, we split up for the little ones, use 2 vans on the bigger ones.. 8 for Friday now also.

Me to did 8 today, my son and I did 5 yesterday, 8 on Wed and tues too and 4 on monday.

I have one helper Phil who goes with my son or flies solo, He usually works 4 days a week down to 3 days now his Dad is terminal with cancer.

I've been super busy so I'll work 6 days a week till he can be back to 4 days then I'm taking saturdays off.

I try to send 2 guys on one truck, Phil did 4 small stops be himself for $450.00
today, I did $720.

Usually I try to book 5 stops max 8-10, 10-12, 12-2, 2-4 and 3-5

8 by yourself? Not sure I could do it..

Turned into 9 today for me, but we used two vans(home by 4).. I need a helper for myself REAL soon. This month just might kill me! Record for me with one truck is 8 with 2 guys.. Picked up another 300 units, via management changing buildings. That hasn't hit me... yet.

2-3 jobs a day what do you guy's do in the after noon? Don't tell me take a nap..

2 Vans on 8 job days, 5 some times six with one truck but thats a lot of small stops.
