Don't start swing your kiwis over 32 reviews since 1982....

I have 90 online reviews in 4.5 years here in NV and 160 or so in CA since 01
1982 when my parents started yes, zero online presence under them and pretty much dead in the water last 10 years (health issues) before I took over

Have stayed away from most online marketing as trying to cement other aspects of the business, but definitely needs to be looked at further

I don't do hardly any edge cleaning. I deliberately price myself out of the market. Why? Because I hate it. I do vac edge but carbon cleaning is tough to do and unless the cause is addressed it reappears in short order.

I still remember Mike's thread about removing the door stop to be able to clean behind it.

I've been getting calls for carpet stretching this week for some odd reason. I just want to clean carpets, so I price it out high. Well, it seems that no one else in my town wants to do stretching so people have been accepting my pricing. So today I just said,"Nope, I don't do it.".

I also got a call today to do a love-seat and couch. I priced it at $225. The guy replied, "The other guy told me he would do it for $165". I responded, "If you knew what people did on their couches, you would understand my pricing." He went with the other guy.

I was getting cocky before March. Now that I'm rested and feeling better I'm much more polite on the phone. Only getting a few calls a week has been good for my health mental and physical.
