We are currently getting some quality underpad for a client. We will have to drive for 2 hrs to pick it up, and drive back for an hour and a half...
These people are a 1500 dollar a year contract.
The husband enjoys our professionalism, and I think the wife does as well... (has severe Parkinson’s, bound to powered wheelchair, can mostly only grunt now).
We are going to help them make their life better.....

PU underlay, move all objects in the way, place underlay, place rugs, clean dining room furniture, clean bedrooms, and try to make life more livable for these people...

forget charging, it’s nice to be able to provide a service that’s NEEDED.....

Get the underlay shipped to you. You're driving two then driving back one and a half
that's only one half away?
Is this the same people you asked about wheelchair proof Underlay?
What was that outcome?

I agree. Just have it shipped to you. Take it out of the equation.

Well, there’s a restaurant I’ve been dying to try in that city. It’s kinda an excuse to drive there....
And yes, these are the same people.
We’ve gone through all the solutions, and this is the one they chose.
It’s their money. I don’t think this is going to work...

We charge enough for our service, a return visit is still profitable....

A few months back, I was cleaning for a proper wealthy English couple.... as I was moving the night stand on her side of the bed, the bottom drawer popped open.... to my surprise, there were more than one ‘tickle trunk buddies’....

Funny thing is, they are both in their late 60’s, and have a typical English, pompous attitude.

not something I’d EVER expect from people like that...

But hey, all the power to them...
