How long would this take you?

I did a church this weekend my biggest job yet, 2 empty rooms. 3,500 feet. 3 1/2 hrs from pull in to pull out of driveway. Is that good time or am I still slacking? I had my brother there to help on this one. I would have loved to had a zipper.
Several coffee and soda stains but with pain Ole powermax and a brush pro spotter wasn't needed once. How much pry spray would you use on something that size? I get the feeling I use to much but I have this paranoia of running the brushpro on too dry of carpet and tearing it up.

Since I've never been trained to clean carpet at all I get curious if I'm doing it right lol

Both rooms were 3,500sf each or combined? That's pretty good time for wanding..... A Zipper would have been faster....

The industry normal is 1,000-1,500sf an hour, but good luck swinging a wand that fast for 8 hours straight...

Oh just 3,500 total. Coming from a fuel fired tm my brother was impressed that the cobb unit had no problem keeping it over 230 wanding as fast as possible.
I coulda done it in close to the same time without hin but this I way I didn't sweat a drop lol normally people are offering me water and ask if I'm okay from pouring sweat

Nothing is easier than a hydro force! Really... You should try the one you have, dilution ratios should be on your chems.

He needs to be careful with the temp he's putting through the HF or it would draw.. I've had problems with the fkn thing not drawing too.. I think the solution I used was too hot when I mixed and poured it in... It wouldn't draw for nothing.. Good thing I had my battery sprayer...
