I throw in a lot of freebies for existing customers, while I'm at their house.
I just did a small house at no charge on Saturday for a family that needed some help...
It feels good when you know you can help out with what you do and they appreciate it!
Now those ratnasties-, people that don't have a job and their homes are a mess while they are sitting at home all day- I try to charge them more then my regular customers... can't stand lazy people...
