Used to have about a dozen in the early years.
then whittled it down (some we got canned, some we dumped) to a few of the best paying ones.

then I decided it was COMPLETELY BENEATH me to do janitorial and i now look down from my lofty perch at you low life TOILET SCRUBBERS

The honest truth is, I HATED everything about janitorial.
I HATED going out in the evening every night (or early in the morn) and couldn't find anyone WORTH A SHEET to plug in

I did bid a janitorial job last summer.
I wrote the bid for "ICS" or Mikey board "high roller" wages.

needless to say, we didn't get the account

We're a broad base dirt relocating service. We'll clean about anything. We do office and retail shop janitorial work. We do post construction clean-up for new home builders, a small amount of residential housekeeping, as well as move-in/out cleaning for 9 area apartment complexes.

80% janitorial by sales total. I like both businesses but shouldn't have stared residential cc as soon as we did, I kinda got distracted.

There can be some good money in it. Thats what has kept us busy this winter. the trick is to hire people to do the jobs for you. It doesnt make sense to do them yourself if its taking time away from carpet cleaning. And the best accounts we have are cleaning apartment common areas on a weekly or biweekly basis. you know how long it should take and its very easy to train someone to do it. Plus it doesnt stop, all winter.
