I've got both a brush and a squeegee hard surface wand. I'd like to upgrade mine to the Gekko swivel so I can get in between toilets and walls a little better

I always carry my zipper, titanium quad jet wand, 2 types of upholstery tools, two types of stair tools, SX7, 12" Turboforce, single jet corner detailer, and pressure wand. Every job I ask for at least one extra type of service, sometimes including a demo. I get about half of these offerings. Easiest way to upsell hard surface cleaning is while cleaning carpets, hit the edge of their tile with prespray and wand so they see the difference. If approved, pull out the hard surface tools and chem to finish it off. You can do kitchens, baths, front porch, garage, patio, etc.

A swivel would be nice, what else would you like to see on a HS wand?
A plastic shield that goes between the brushes and the jets. A lot of times the brushes will bend back and get in the way of the water spraying down. And when the brushes wear down so much that the plastic starts touching the floor, that'l just be a reminder to replace the brush

I have a Gekko swivel wand and it works great. It's the new one that has proper qd's, not those little ones that won't come apart because they are seized up. What do I want? If you can put on multiple cleaning heads like the floor tool, corner tool and edging tool, Why the fook, don't they add a carpet cleaning head and a carpet cleaning edging tool? You could put all of your heads in a bucket and change over to the one you need at the moment, instead of running back and forth to the truck to get another type of wand. Oh yeah, I forgot, all of the corporate heads are already in the bucket.

Hands and knees are still the best and fastest way to detail a t&g job in my opinion, under counters, corners and behind toilets.

I use vacuum line and terry towel.

Had the swivel detail and corner tools and never used them. PITA

Have a six-inch hand spinner for shower stalls, tub enclosures.

Agree to a point.
Most jobs do need hand and knee wipe downs

but once a new client sees how nice their Travertine or tile comes out, if you dont gouge them, they'll want their floors cleaned twice a year. Thats when a Hard Surface wand come in handy. Much quicker.
