Basically doing a broad general mailing to your ENTIRE client base, not just the recent ones, done to eliminate "dead endz"; clients that moved, died, and so on. May include a special, or just a reminder that your thinking of them. Haven't done one in about 2 years,

Just did it, sent to 2000-2004 custys. we hadn't heard from.

Got about a 10% non-forwardabol (is that a word? :? ) return rate on this mailing so far.

Oh then in that case, yeah we do it every now and then, we always get a few back.
