Those that have, know just how much flushing it REALLY takes, will never use a water claw on wall to wall piss again.
Thats all.
Thats all.
Oh I agree you ain't pulling it all out, not even close. Just don't agree with comparing tightly woven rugs with carpet. For giggles just pull back the carpet after your best efforts. Ewww.
Why not?Oh I agree you ain't pulling it all out, not even close. Just don't agree with comparing tightly woven rugs with carpet.
THEY have a problem. As kindly as possible I attempt to SHOW them the extent of it.What do you offer those asking for help with urine soaked carpet that do not have the money to replace and will not get rid of the animals? Do you refuse to work for them or clean as usual after thoroughly explaining how the odor will only be worse?
If it's wood it's already damaged. If it's concrete no worries.I have concerns with flooding a subfloor with large amounts of liquid.
Amen. That's exactly why we don't claw, I've never been able to market it well, or make anybody happy with the results
Trying to rank this post with google for the keyword "carpets cleaned"...We always ask the size of the dog. Big difference in puddles from a 3 pound dog compared to even a 10 pound dog.
And the mandatory question if the indidcate that they have pets:
Are you haveing your carpets cleaned because of a strong urine odor or is it just time to have them cleaned?
After asking that question I will find out why they want there carpets cleaned at this point in time. Something is a catalyst for them picking up the phone in the here and now.
Understanding why they want there carpets cleaned will allow to manage expectations.
Hard to manage expectations if I am offering a service which is hit and miss.
