But what if your you know you can give the customer value by sending them elsewhere? If you could offer perfection (not including cat urine) would you not? I can. Or there money back if they are not satisfied. But they do carpet repairs as well.
If you don't know how to install carpet and pad and carpet (reinstalltion)IMHO then you should not charge for a service that you may "improve."
But some guys do. And make good money doing it. I see that now. Could not do that on my business model. For now.
