Make sure it works then ask for $200. I'm sure they'll go up a little but not a bad place to start.

That red zep stuff is not too bad when you're out of pre-spray 8)

3 grand and you won't be hurt if you end up scraping everything. I'd offer 2 and sell off he RX and Rotovac and sell the van and machine for 4500-5500. I would expect to put in at least 2k parts and labor to make it sellable. It is not in a sellable condition at least not for us, and there is no real way to know what's wrong until you get it. I wouldn't trust anything a place like that has to say. I f'n hate used car dealers.
