Mike, that is ok to say - but foot traffic is ok immediately. Telling people that they can use there floors upon completion is a great sales tool - and its true. I normally tell people to allow a couple of day of cure time before cleaning with chemicals.

My standard reply is 30 mins after we're done in stocking feet. Give it as long as possible before allowing heavy use. Spot clean with a damp cloth for at least three days and, again if possible, avoid wet mopping for the first week. I also provide a one-page sheet with floor care tips and, depending on the area color sealed, either a quart or gallon of StoneTech Tile and Grout cleaner. Using the StoneTech product is part of the warranty. If they run out within the year, the warranty period, they can purchase more from me.
