How to View Posts and Be a Part of the Portable Shootout?

I was trying to view info on your upcoming shootout and when I logged in it would not let me view anything. I just wanted to know what is involved in being a part of the portable shootout for your upcoming Mikey Fest?
KleenRite Equipment would be interested in being a part of it. Please let know ASAP!
