My total income is up again do to the growth in the Dallas TX area.

Considering the changes.....That's pretty good I think.

Up only 7.2% from last year....for the entire year...But it's all relative. lol

Bottom line is up 267.5% from last year for the entire year.

I chalk the growth up to being diverse.....And working my arse off.

How was YOUR July?

I've always found Feb to be my busiest month.....Well...Usually.

People getting ready for the holidays seems to be deal.

Summer, most are spending get togethers outside.

Not good... Mrs Rice, nice lady with baby blue carpet and two cats also
Mrs Kellog a lady that when she spoke to you made you feel calm inside, passed
on. They both will be in my prayers every night, I hope that those of you that do,
remeber them in yours.

This is the best part of this business. So many wonderful people that we would never otherwise get to know. It hurts when they're gone.

1/3 of the revenue of last year.

decrease of residential 95%

a good increase in commercial work including apartments and property management companies.

my last phone book payment is next month. with no more big advertising bills, I'm okay with less revenue.

less work, more money in my hands.

Best Month Ever!!!!!!!!

I was down 11k for the first half of the year and now I am up from last year. I have no idea just how good I did because I need to sort threw a mess of paperwork and have a stack of work orders 2 inches thick of work to be billed. I started the month off with back to back $300.00+ residential jobs then a flood over the holiday, move on to some nice commercial gigs. I was turning ten plus rentals a day by the 15th. I did about 20 K in the first 3 weeks then Rocked the collage turn as hard as I could 8). We cleaned about 300 units last week. I was running 5 two man crews on the 31st.
