INquiring minds wanna know.

I've changed some things....as you may or may not know.

I'm looking at my Quickbooks P&L comparison from last year and this is what it's telling me.

Total Gross Company Income is up 6.7%......Not great....but it's for a reason. I gave up a good chunk of my gross income this year...but increased it in other areas.

Total Net Income....Drum Roll please!

Up 224.5% for the year.

Up 158.4% for June

The "Change" has been good. Almost zero overhead.

YOU?

I'm afraid to look, it started off slow.

We are slammed busy though, so maybe next month will be better.

I'll let you know later after I get some work done. It's Friday and people expect to get paid.....guess I better do something. :x

We had our best month in our history. Which, actually year to year you SHOULD be getting better or there is something wrong with your overall marketing plan - because from year to year you should be doing more of what works for you, and less of what doesn't, and should be having overall growth.

That said - we don't get hit with the winter woes that the rest of the US does. We are busy all year round, and tied directly to the type of marketing we send out to our house list.

We had the best June on record for our company. This is not including restoration, just carpet cleaning. We were up about 26%

Great month raised prices and apart from doing that again. I need to add another truck soon or I'll just be stuck doing all I can!

Worst June since I went into business 6 years ago. Our area has been hit hard. I sent out almost a 100 reminder cards last month and have got 2 jobs booked from it.

Glad to hear that you guys are doing great. That means its getting better and our area may recover soon.

Booked out of town Friday after a crazy couple of weeks in a row..

I have not entered all sales for June, but I know it was great.

did 21 jobs last week for a 5 day week, and 16 online for next week, 4 days..
