Hasn't been cleaned in probably 15 years or so. It's in a kitchen in a correctional facility. How would you go about it? What chemicals and equipment would you use, and what would you charge for aproxamately 1200sf?

Citra-solve, Viper Venom or any other good degreasing detergent. Let it dwell, agitate generously with a soft brush, 175 with a blue Malish brush, a CRB, anything. Slurp it up. Repeat as needed.

50-75 cents a foot.

Simple.

Was planning on Flex with citrus, crb with stiff bristles, and a spinner. Have been wanting to pick up an Interlink brush so this will give me a reason to. Any other thoughts on price or technique?

Don't be afraid to charge near $1 per foot. I bet you can get it to pop and they will be thrilled!

Try to get them on a maintenance plan that will bring the price down considerably on subsequent cleanings.

Agree on the shorebest just got some this summer....I also use flex citrus
Scrub with a small rotary or crb( expensive tool)
Or hire a worker with a grout brush.
The shorebest will require less scrubbing
