A price shopper called and want to know how much to clean carpet or upholstery. You asked the caller if they would answer some questions about what they want clean. They refused to answer any questions. They just want a price.
I've tried different scripts, by Howard P. and from SFS, including my own. It seems that a large percentage of callers don't want to answer any questions. Just want to know price.
Would you give them a price, not knowing any facts. or refused to give them a price. Until you get some facts about the cleaning and give the caller info. about your cleaning procedures to justified your price.
Some of the industry experts has stated not to give price till you explained
your USP (Unique Selling Point).
