How Would You Handle.........

What would be the appropriate solution to deodorize a hardwood floor from numerous dog piss stains? This will be a rental property, and they are not worried about the hardwood finish.....it will be carpeted after dealing with the stains. I've done floors like this before by shellacing the odor into the wood and sealing it. What would you treat the wood with first? It's pretty bad, but not soaked and damaged.

With bad problems, we'll use a quatracide or any other urine deoderizer, hit it hard, dwell dwell dwell dwell.. then clean it up and let it dry, sand it down if you have to in order to get the gunk off the floor. Then seal it.
