Three 16 year olds boys where killled here last night in a auto accident, two girls are in critical condition. It’s a sad day in our small community today. I have a 16 and 14 year old so my heart is heavy today.

So true, my son had two co workers both found dead yesterday, they think it’s a murder suicide.

She was 21 her boy friend suffered from depression , my son got sent home early from work last night.

So unnecessary.

My customer today looked sad ask walked up to him, so I asked why.

He said his girlfriend and her friend were shot dead at in a parking lot a few months back and today he had moved the furniture and the prep work by himself and he reminisced about getting ready for us( cleaners) with his girlfriend. He says he can’t seem to get passed the anger.

So we talked a while and I told him it would get better over time but he is so very angry still and I told him I understand and listened for a while longer before starting the job.

He wants move out of he house and out of the towns to try to startover.

You can't move away from your feelings. No matter where you move to, your feelings will follow you.

Time makes losses bareable but it truly never gets better. We all have or will lose loved ones at some point in our lives.

We are forced to go about our lives without them and all appears normal on the outside. But those feelings of loss are there, just hidden thinly beneath the skin.

Wow I'm depressed. Thanks Lockhart!

getting past the anger of a loss is just part of the rollercoaster ride of grief, none handle it well those that look like they have are faking it
