HWE vs. VLM - Whats the opinions here?

85% HWE

Rental property of mine the tenant had put in some builders grade without even telling me, my plan was to rip it out & install laminate so sprayed some Vacaway Hot Knife X-Treme & grabbed the drill & was kinda surprised, I might just VLM it & get a couple more years out of the crappy carpet & save a couple bucks.

Don't anyone tell Rick Gelinas, but we use Releasit on residential
Carpet all the time with great results. The protectant seems to keep it looking nice for a long time and the return trips are eaiser each time. Sometimes we combine the CRB extraction with HWE to unload heavily loaded areas.

But we've said all this before, neh?

Been giggling for at least 10 years, bought Vento OP machine form Rick Gelinas at a Connections show in Vegas.
